Divfex Berhad (Divfex) Group of Companies began operations in 1994 as a leading systems integrator for telecommunications networks and later merged with ISS Consulting Solutions, a leading provider of integrated business solutions within the SAP environment in 2010. Following its exit from the SAP business in 2020, Divfex expanded its digital networks capabilities in 2022 with the acquisition of majority stakes in ExcelComms and Finther Tecnologica (FINTEC) to deepen its solutions stack for digital infrastructure.

Headquartered in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Group now employs more than 110 professionals across its digital infrastructure ecosystem—covering network infrastructure, managed services, and network and application performance monitoring. Drawing on a strong and diversified client portfolio, Divfex delivers custom stacks of digital infrastructure solutions for enterprises, telcos and data centres (DCs) across Malaysia and into Singapore.

Diversified Gateway Berhad (DGB)

Diversified Gateway Berhad (DGB), a wholly owned subsidiary of Divfex, has an extensive track record in designing, implementing, and supporting high-speed carrier and enterprise networks, particularly in optical networking. The company’s portfolio includes network requirement analysis, design, installation, maintenance, consultancy, project management, and operations management. With service centres across Malaysia and Singapore, DGB provides nationwide technical support to major telecommunications and enterprise customers.

ExcelComms

Founded in 2005, ExcelComms (Excel) provides IT outsourcing and managed network services to public and private sectors across Malaysia. Excel delivers comprehensive ICT solutions and operates a 24×7 Network Operations Centre equipped with end-to-end Information Security Management Systems to protect client data and ensure operational resilience. Over the years, Excel has built a reputation as a trusted partner in optimising network performance and fulfilling its mission as a preferred value-added service provider. In 2024, Excel expanded its offerings to providing power and network solutions to data centres to secure a footprint in the growing DC business.

Finther Tecnologica (FINTEC)

Established in 2009, Finther Tecnologica (FINTEC) is a specialist in performance monitoring and ICT optimisation services. FINTEC’s consultancy work focuses on analysing, correlating, and visualising data to enhance ICT efficiency and service performance.
